    A space for kids to build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. Our children's dance classes are designed to be fun, engaging, and skill-building, led by passionate instructors who make learning a joy.

    Best for: Any child who loves to move, groove, and make new friends.

    The goal: Happy, active, and inspired kids.

    Ages 2.5+

  • DUO

    Fully Synced

    Our signature all-inclusive experience. Transform your body with a challenging Pilates session while your child enjoys enriching, supervised activities in their dedicated studio. Finally, you can both get the benefits of an expert-led class, at the exact same time.

    Best for: Mums who want a dedicated, challenging workout without the logistical headache.

    The feeling: Accomplished, efficient, and completely in sync.

  • DUO lite

    Power Through

    For those days when you just need to move. This is a 30-minute power workout where you are welcome to bring your baby or toddler. With a dedicated space for prams and a play area in the corner, you can focus on your form without the pressure.

    Best for: New mums or those with younger children who need flexibility.

    The concept: Any workout is better than no workout.

  • Adult Pilates

    Just For You

    Your classic, results-driven Mat Pilates class. Come on your own to focus, build core strength, and connect with your body without any distractions. This is your time to sweat, stretch, and reset.
